By purchasing memberships, training sessions, or other services from Plureta, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. General Policy
All purchases are considered final unless otherwise stated in writing.
Due to the nature of fitness services, scheduling commitments, and limited availability, refunds are granted only under specific circumstances outlined below.
2. Membership Fees
A. Monthly Memberships
Membership fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun.
Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing date to avoid additional charges.
No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within an active billing cycle.
B. Prepaid Membership Plans
Prepaid plans (e.g., 3-month, 6-month, or annual packages) are non-refundable after activation.
Unused months or sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable unless required by law.
3. Personal Training Sessions
Individual sessions are non-refundable once completed.
Packages of multiple sessions are non-refundable after the first session has been used.
Unused sessions may expire based on the package terms provided at purchase.
Cancellations
Sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session without refund.
4. Group Classes
Drop-in class fees are non-refundable.
Class packages are non-refundable once any class has been attended.
If a class is canceled by Plureta, clients may receive:

5. Programs & Transformation Packages
Special programs (e.g., 8-week or 12-week transformation programs):
Are non-refundable once the program has started.
May not be paused unless approved in writing due to medical circumstances.
In rare cases involving documented medical conditions that prevent participation, a prorated credit may be considered at management discretion.
6. Medical Exceptions
If a client becomes medically unable to continue training:
Written documentation from a licensed healthcare provider may be required.
Management may offer:
A temporary membership freeze
A credit for future use
A partial prorated refund (at sole discretion)
Approval is not guaranteed and is reviewed case by case.
7. Relocation
If a client permanently relocates more than 25 miles from our facility:
Written proof of relocation may be required.
A partial prorated refund or cancellation may be considered at management discretion.
8. Payment Errors
If you believe you were charged in error:
You must notify us within 7 days of the transaction.
Verified billing errors will be corrected promptly.
9. Chargebacks & Disputes
Clients agree to contact Plureta directly before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
Suspension of membership
Denial of future services
Collection procedures if applicable
10. Promotional & Discounted Services
Services purchased at discounted, promotional, or special event rates are:

11. Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
